Terms of use

Last updated 5 October 2026

Euxie Invite (“Invite”) makes interactive invitations and is run by Euxie. These terms are for hosts — the people with an account who make invitations. By creating an account you agree to them and to the privacy policy, including the usage telemetry it describes. If you do not agree, do not use Invite. Guests do not need an account; the privacy policy says what is kept about them.

Your invitations and your guests

What you write stays yours, and you are responsible for it and for the invitations you send: do not use Invite to harass, deceive or invite anyone to anything illegal. Anyone holding an invitation's link can open it, so share it with care; you can replace a link or close an invitation at any time. Your guests' answers and booth photos are theirs as much as yours — use them only for the occasion, respect their wishes about them, and send reminder emails only to guests who asked for them.

The AI designer

Invitations, Mochi's lines and place suggestions are drafted by Google's Gemini API, and places come from Google Maps. They can be wrong — a place may be closed, or a detail out of date — so check an invitation before you share it. Mochi's voice, when you turn it on, is generated speech.

Fair use of the service

Invite is offered free of charge, and its AI is paid for by the person running it. So designing invitations, looking up places and recording Mochi's voice carry daily limits per account and for the whole service; the limits may change. Accounts that automate the service or affect other users may be suspended or removed. The service may change or pause at any time, so save any photos you cannot afford to lose.

Your account

One sign-in serves several Euxie apps. Deleting your Invite account removes every invitation you made, with its guests' answers and photos, and signs you out; the sign-in itself stays for the other apps. Usage telemetry is kept separately — the privacy page says what it holds.

Emails

Emails about your account are sent when they are needed. Product news and offers are sent only if you opted in, at sign-up or under Account, and you can turn them off there at any time.

No warranty

Invite is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Euxie is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including lost invitations, answers or photos, or content a model produced. Questions go through the feedback form once signed in, or to the contact in /.well-known/security.txt.
